  • Spotting the signs that the timing is right
  • Case study analysis: what do successful and failed technical debt fix initiatives look like?

3. Align everyone by communicating technical debt effectively

  • Identify the decision makers
  • Tie your case to business goals
  • Framing technical debt as a shared organisational challenge

  • Workshop can be delivered in person or online via Zoom
