- Frameworks and metrics to quantify it
- Misconceptions and challenges about technical debt
2. Deciding what to do once you understand the scale of the problem
- What options do you realistically have?
- Spotting the signs that the timing is right
- Case study analysis: what do successful and failed technical debt fix initiatives look like?
3. Align everyone by communicating technical debt effectively
